Why do you have different artist levels?

We offer 3 unique level tiers of Lash Artists in our studio. The levels of artistry reflect the level of experience that each of our artist carries. Here at Lalelei, we want to encourage the vision of every artist that crosses our path. As the artists grow, we want to help build their careers until they are ready to take course towards their own business goals.

1st Level - Junior Artists

New artists who have either recently graduated and are beginning their lashing career. We want junior artists to grow and continue their journey of lashing to reach new career and personal goals. Although a first level, Lalelei encourages Juniors to continue their experience and build their vision as they move forward.

2nd Level - Senior Artists

Artists who have been lashing for at least 2 years and are continuing to grow their knowledge, experience, and clientele. Senior Artists level expresses the commitment towards becoming a Master as they shape their vision. Senior level is a median that encourages the artists to continue to build their confidence.

3rd Level - Master Artists

The Masters are highest level and have at least 3+ years experience, but also have a structured form in their technique and comfort level. Our Master Artists are top tier lash artists whom have built their own creative and unique identity. We strive to support our Master Artists to take their built clientele and branch off into their own potential businesses.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our 24 hour Cancellation Policy states that any scheduled appointments cancelled within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the service booked. ALL No show appointments will be charged 100% of the service booked.

For these reasons, there MUST be a card on file to reserve your appointment slot. If we do not find a card on file before the appointment, we reserve the right to deny to accept the said scheduled appointment. Our booking app will send out confirmation texts 48 hours prior to appointments to help avoid charging our cancellation fee. Here at Lalelei, we understand that things come up and we want to work with you!

Please give us a call in advance for any rescheduling purposes. If it is outside operating hours, please send us an email OR leave a voicemail with your name and date so we have a recorded time-stamp.

What products do you sell?

We are partnered with Borboleta and use all Borborleta products in-house and on back bar. Our retail items range from Lash Care items to homemade soaps and lotions. Our candle inventory varies to multiple scents! The boutique section has new changes that are coming soon!
